Set the cents-off threshold your tuner uses for a pitch raise or lower. Pianos more than this much off will be flagged as needing pre-tuning correction.

Pitch raise/lower threshold

Cents off from A=440. Default 20. A piano more than this far flat needs a pitch raise; more than this far sharp needs a pitch lower.
